Returns – Printed Material
Full refunds
You are entitled to return new, unopened printed material within 30 days after the date of dispatch for a full refund. We'll also pay the return postage charge if the reason for return is a result of our error (i.e. you received the incorrect publication.)
 
Partial refunds
Items that are opened, have obvious signs of use or are returned more than 30 days after the date of dispatch, will receive a partial refund. See amounts under Refunds.

Refunds
Where payment has been made online/electronically, refunds can only be returned by direct electronic transfer to the account of purchase and usually occur within 5 working days of receipt of returned item/s. Where payment has been made by cheque or other means, we will refund by cheque, so your refund may take longer to complete due to postal times.

Printed material returned within 30 days of the date of dispatch, unopened and undamaged, are naturally entitled to 100% refund. Customer pays for return postage unless reason for return is our distribution error.

In the event that you are entitled only to a partial refund, the following amounts apply.

  • More than 30 days from date of dispatch (unopened): 90% refunded.
  • Opened and undamaged/unused: 80% refunded.
  • Signs of use: 40% refunded.
  • Opened and damaged: 20% refunded.
